Exhibitor hours:
Load In: 12- 5pm, July 14th
Exhibit Hall Open 9am-5pm, July 15th and July 16th
Load Out: After 5pm, July 16th or 9am-2pm, July 17th

Standard Booth

$6,000

Each Standard Booth includes three (3) company representatives.

Standard booth exhibitors may purchase a maximum of 2 additional booth representatives at $350 per person.

The maximum number of booth representatives for any type of booth is five (5).

Premium Booth

$9,000

Each Premium Booth includes five (5) company representatives.

The maximum number of booth representatives for any type of booth is five (5).

High traffic booth location or end cap booth.

Premium booths will have two different locations. One inside exhibit hall and a second exhibit on the concert grounds. A six foot table will be provided on the concert grounds for the second exhibit.

Attendee list will be shared with e-mails of attendees who opt-in.

WHY ORTHO AND SPINE?

We are a group of lawyers and doctors who realized that orthopedic and spine injuries are often misunderstood, misdiagnosed, and mishandled. We created this organization to educate those that treat individuals with orthopedic and spine injuries, inspire people to advocate for these individuals, and ensure that sufferers of orthopedic and spine injury are provided the best and most modern care available. Millions of Americans are affected by serious injuries every year and they are often left alone and without proper guidance or resources. We are here to lift our community up by raising awareness, raising funds, and educating doctors and lawyers on how to properly fight for victims of orthopedic and spine injuries.

With this conference we bridge the gap between doctors and lawyers, and educate both as it relates to chronic pain syndromes, orthopedic & spine injuries and litigation. In two days, top tier lawyers and doctors will provide you with the tools needed to effectively communicate complex injuries in simple terms. This will not be like any conference that you have ever attended.

We believe conferences should be fun and enjoyable for the family. Not only will you grow as a professional but there will be live music entertainment, fun for all ages and exceptional networking opportunities between the plaintiff bar, defense bar, and the medical field; this conference will have it all.
